Jai Bhim Manikandan has joined hands with debutant filmmaker Prabhu Ram Vyas for a romantic drama. The makers released the film's first look poster and also announced its title to be "Lover".
Manikandan was seen sitting shirtless in a chair and consuming drugs in the first look poster. It also features Modern Love Chennai-fame Gouri Priya Reddy and Kanna Ravi in pivotal roles.
Vyas has previously helmed the YouTube web series LIVIN, which starred Kanna Ravi and Amrutha Srinivasan in prominent roles. The film shot in and around Chennai, Gokarna.
Worth a Look
With Sean Roldan composing music for Lover, the technical crew of the film includes Shreyaas Krishna as the cinematographer, Barath Vikraman as the editor and Rajkamal as the production designer.
Million Dollar Studios and M R P Entertainment, who backed Manikandan's hit film Goodnight, are producing Lover as well.
The film's shoot was recently wrapped. Lover is slated to release in big screens on Valentine's Day.
