Rajveer Deol, son of Sunny Deol, and Paloma Dhillon, daughter of Poonam Dhillon, made their Bollywood debut together in the film Dono, which was released in theatres on 3rd October 2023. Avnish Barjatya, who has co-written and directed the film, is the son of famed Hindi filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya.
Following the theatrical run, the romance drama is all set to make its OTT debut on Zee5 from December 29th.
Premise: The film follows the story of two strangers, Dev and Meghna. Dev, who is the friend of the bride, meets Meghna, who is the friend of the groom, at a lavish destination wedding. The film explores their relationship.

The cast of the film also includes many fresh faces like Aditya Nanda, Kanikka Kapur, Rohan Khurana, Manik Papneja and others. The trio of Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy scored the music with Chirantan Das handling the cinematography and Shweta Venkat Mathew credited as the editor.
Avnish makes his debut as a filmmaker with 'Dono, which comes as a joint production of Rajshri Productions and Jio Studios.
