Set in 2002, the film follows Sagar, a young man from a small village whose life is defined by his worship of superstar "Andhra King" Surya (Upendra). When Surya’s career hits a massive slump and his 100th film is threatened by financial ruin, Sagar does the unthinkable—he raises and deposits ₹3 crores into the star's account. 
The movie explores the pure, selfless side of fandom, showing how a fan's belief can actually rescue a star in crisis, while also following Sagar's own growth from a "coy loverboy" to a local hero.
