A handful of Malayalam films are arriving on OTT this week (March 2nd week) and here’s a brief look into the titles and the OTT platforms that they’ll be premiering on.
CHRISTOPHER
Set in Kerala, the film follows the titular character who is a vigilante cop forced to work outside the law when the system fails those who need it the most. The narrative weaves across past and present situations to unravel the truths and revelations that shape his actions.

CHRISTY
Christy revolves around Roy, a village boy who's a failure at studies and joins Christy's tuition. They become good friends, however later when Christy gets a job abroad, Roy's life changes. Christy is based on real-life events.

VARAYAN
Kalippakara as the name signifies is a small island village populated by ferocious individuals it's own laws and ways. Outsiders especially policemen have little chance of gaining entry let alone survive in this village. This story is about how Abychen navigates between the two sides with his characteristic smile and love.

ELA VEEZHA POONCHIRA
Follows two police officers at a small wireless police station on the hilltop as they work to resolve the mystery about a woman's body parts that have been scattered all over Elaveezhapoonchira.

CHATHURAM
The film revolves around a middle-aged guy who marries a young girl. The abusive husband soon becomes bedridden following which a male home nurse arrives to take care of hom. What happens after that and how does she make use of the opportunities in her hand forms the rest of the story.
