The film is about three childhood friends, whose lives turn upside down when they are loggerheads with the village head's son. The rugged landscapes and industrial settings provide a unique backdrop, influencing the lives and experiences of the characters in the narrative.

Nandamuri Balakrishna, Sreeleela starrer Bhagavanth Kesari, a powerful man with a mysterious past, leads a sorted life. His life takes an unexpected twist when he becomes the guardian of Vijaya Lakshmi, fondly known as Vijji, daughter of his jailer. The film marked Telugu debut of Hindi actor Arjun Rampal. Anil Ravipudi directed the film, critics praising Balakrishna's performance and action sequences.
