Vijay Sethupathi ‘s Bollywood debut film, Mumbaikar was initially made for theatrical experience. But the film is now skipping theatrical release and heading directly to OTT. Himanshu Singh and Amit Joshi are the writers of the Bollywood film Mumbaikar. Santosh Sivan is the director and cinematographer. It has Vikrant Massey, Vijay Sethupathi, Tanya Maniktala, Hridhu Haroon, Sanjay Mishra, Ranvir Shorey, and Sachin Khedekar in the lead roles.
This gripping action thriller serves as a riveting remake of the 2017 Tamil blockbuster 'Maanagaram', directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The film delves into the gripping tale of a botched child kidnapping and unravels a series of unforeseen twists and turns that ensue. Mumbaikar is now streaming on Jio Cinema.
